Meet your instructors!
Cat and Lynx are identical, neurodiverse twins from Llanishen in Cardiff. They started poledancing at KT Wild's Vertical Fitness in 2016, aged 33, and immediately fell in love with the sport. They have recently entered the competition circuit and they also edit When In Chrome Magazine, dedicated to all things pole and aerial. Running a mobile business fits perfectly around their 'normal' jobs as horror writers and looking after their army of rescue and rehomed pets.

Sarah joined her twin sisters in 2022 and found pole and aerial hoop the only exercises she has stuck to. She trained to become an instructor as she understands the struggle that plus size people face, and wants to show that pole and aerial are for every body. Outside of the Pole Vault, she is a senior teaching assistant so is great at working with kids. She also has an army of rehomed pets.
